Dybala tests positive for coronavirus

Juventus striker Paulo Dybala has confirmed that he and his girlfriend Oriana Sabatin have tested positive for coronavirus. The Argentina international becomes the third Juventus player to contract the virus, with the other two being defender Daniele Rugani and midfielder Blaise Matuidi.

The Serie A side released a statement on their website which read:

“Paulo Dybala has undergone medical tests that revealed a positive result for Coronavirus-Covid 19. He has been in voluntary home isolation since Wednesday, March 11.”

Following the indefinite suspension of the Italian league, Juventus have allowed some of their players to leave Italy to be with their families during this difficult time.
