Do you want to be part of a youth music ensemble for an exciting performance in Valletta?

Join the Tektek Nota ensemble for Tektika Kapitali – a series of educational workshops in preparation for three one-hour musical performances in the Capital City on Saturday 26th October 2019.

The repertoire for Tektika Kapitali will be made up of old Maltese songs, dating from 1900 onwards, composed by Valletta-born composers. Once the one-hour session is over the band will move to the next staging area and repeat the performance. This project is being organised in collaboration with Mikiel Anton Vassalli College.

Tektika Kapitali will create a music platform where the public becomes a key part of the experience and music development. The aim of this project is to enhance and promote artistic excellence among young and emerging musicians.
