Crispy Bacon & Mature Cheddar Dip with Greek Yogurt


1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise

1 cup Greek Yogurt

8 slices Streaky Back Bacon

2 cups Mature Cheddar

2 Green onions

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Maille Dijon Mustard


For crispy bacon: Heat the oven grill up to 200°C. Place the bacon strips on a baking sheet and let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes on each side. Once done, finely chop & let them cool. Place all the ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
