Cranberry & White Chocolate Decadent Mince Pies

Ingredients

  1. 300gr Mincemeat
  2. 3 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
  3. 100gr Dried Cranberries
  4. Orange zest
  5. 75gr White Chocolate

FOR THE PASTRY

  1. 180gr Plain Flour
  2. 100gr butter
  3. 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  4. 1 Egg

Method

1. In a glass bowl, mix together the mincemeat, Cranberry Sauce, dried cranberry mix, orange zest & white chocolate shavings. Let the mixture set for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

2. Prepare the shortcrust pastry and let it set for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

3. Assemble using any pastry cutter of your choice and bake for about 20 minutes at 180C on fan mode. Enjoy!
