COVID-19: 50 new cases; 124 more patients recover

On Christmas Day, health authorities announced that 50 new coronavirus cases were registered in the last 24 hours. This brings the number of active cases to 1,362.

It was also reported that 2,497 swab tests were carried out in the past 24 hours and 124 more patients have made a recovery.

The cases announced today are still being investigated.

The number of coronavirus victims in Malta has reached 203.
