Coronavirus: 1 new imported case and 4 remain active

One new coronavirus case has been detected and no new recoveries registered in the past 24 hours. Four cases remain active.

The new case is an imported case with the person affected experienced symptoms days after returning to Malta from abroad.

This was announced by the Ministry for Health on the Facebook page Saħħa where it was also explained that contact tracing is underway.

On Friday, Ministry informed the public that the swabbing centers will remain open.

In total there were 675 coronavirus cases and 662 recoveries.
