Clint Camilleri shoulders a double responsibility as he is a hunter – Birdlife

BirdLife Malta’s CEO, Mark Sultana, stated that Parliamentary Secretary for Animal Rights Clint Camilleri shoulders a double responsibility when it comes to hunting, as he is a hunter and trapper himself.

He said this to Newsbook.com.mt after a press conference addressed by the same group to propose that hunting season opens from 15th October.

Sultana stressed that Camilleri is aware of the ins and outs of hunting, as he himself is a hunter, and thus, is completely aware of what should be done and the advice he should follow up on.

He then went on to say that hunting during Spring is something that Malta doesn’t even have the right to do, and each year, it must face the European Union’s laments.
