Delicious with a glass of milk or with your coffee/tea.
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 maple syrup
1 Flax egg (mix 1tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water)
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup choco chips
Prepare the Flax egg and let it stay for few minutes.
Mix everything together until everything is incorporated.
Form in small balls of dough and place on tray with baking sheet prepared and press them slightly down with a fork.
Bake for 13 to14 minutes at 350F/175C/Gas mark4.
