According to Daily Mail, Barcelona made a £50 million offer to sign creative midfielder Willian from Chelsea. However the FA Cup winners are not interested in parting ways with their 29-year-old Brazilian who is currently representing his country at the World Cup.
Willian managed 13 goals last season even though he was not always guaranteed a first team spot by Antonio Conte. The former Shakhtar Donetsk player is a fan favourite and is tied by a contract to The Blues until 2020.
Chelsea are looking to add young blood to their squad and have inquired about the possible transfers of CSKA Moscow’s midfielder Aleksandr Golovin and Borussia Dortmund’s Christian Pulisic.
