Chadli joins Monaco for £10m

Belgium midfielder Nacer Chadli has left West Bromwich after the latter suffered relegation at the end of last season. The 29-year-old has signed a three-year deal with Monaco and the French club will be investing around £10m to finalize the deal.

Chadli helped Belgium reach the World Cup semi-final where they eventually lost to  France and scored a match-winning goal against Japan in the round of 16. He joined West Bromwich in 2016 from Tottenham for £13m but failed to make a lasting impression due to injuries, scoring just six goals in 36 league appearances for West Bromwich.
