This easy recipe is perfect if you fancy a light and healthy breakfast.
Yoghurt – any flavour (you may also use milk if you wish)
Coconut flakes (optional)
Fresh fruit – any type such as bananas, strawberries, raspberries etc
Put the oats in milk/yoghurt of your choice overnight in the fridge with some chia seeds and cinammon. You can even put some coconut flakes in. Then in the morning, just place fresh fruit on the oats and bon appetit!
