Beacon Media Group Limited (Company Registration Number C12857) wishes to inform all its shareholders that its Annual General Meeting will this year be held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that its shareholders are to send an email to the Company Secretary, Dr Michael Zammit Maempel (on michael@maempels.com) beforehand in order to receive a link to join the meeting. The meeting will be held on Friday 11th December, 2020 at 2pm.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Approval of Financial Statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.
- Approval of the Directors’ Report
- Appointment of the Board of Directors for the year commencing 01 January 2021
- Reappointment of Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers as the auditors of the Company
- Authorisation for the Board of Directors to determine terms of remuneration for the directors.
