Banner spread across Dar Ċentrali calling for PN resignations

Last night a cloth banner with the Words ‘Irridu futur Irriżenjaw’ – ‘We want a future, Resign,’ was draped between the two pillars in front of the Nationalist Party’s Headquarters, Dar Centrali.

In a message sent to by a group calling itself, ‘Trapass’ explained that they put the banner up because the disastrous result of the European and Local Council elections is the result of the PN leader Adrian Delia and his ‘clique’, adding that ‘enough is enough.’

They stressed that for the good of the party, there needs to be a resignation in order to have a new leader.

Last night, the party Secretary Clyde Puli called all of the potential Nationalist Party candidates in the 13th District ahead of the Executive Committee meeting to be held on Saturday. This should include co-option as one of the key points of its agenda.
