Transport Minister Ian Borg, said that Balzan Valley Road will be rebuilt.
In a statement, Borg said that work will be done by the Directorate of Roads and Infrastructure with an investment of € 0.5 million.
This road is located nearby Balzan’s Church of the Annunciation.
The investment includes “new distribution services of underground water, a new system of channels for rainwater, improvement in road design, more parking spaces, rebuilding of foundations, about 1.2km of new sidewalks, and new road surface with several layers of asphalt. ”
According to Borg, this road has been in a deteriorated state since 2012.
