Microsoft has discovered four serious defects in its Windows 10 that can allow hackers to access and transmit viruses to various computers and servers. There are currently 400 million persons that are using Windows 10 globally.
In a press release, Microsoft said that the defects are wormable.
The defects effect a number of operating systems which include Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012.
Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 are not vulnerable to these defects.
August 2019 Security Update includes fixes for wormable RCE vulnerabilities in Remote Desktop Services (RDS), affecting all in-support versions of Windows. These should be patched quickly. For more information, see https://t.co/VxstoaChTF
