APS Bank has recently launched a monthly newsletter aimed at keeping close contact with its customers by keeping them informed of the bank’s ongoing projects, updates, events and much more.
The idea of the APS Digest evolved from the experience of the COVID-19 Digest through which the bank kept in weekly touch with its customers during the Spring wave of the pandemic.
Two issues of the APS Digest have so far been circulated, each featuring information about the latest campaigns and promoting bank events, such as the APS talks. It also includes a section dedicated to the bank’s retail, commercial and investment customers and a selection of external curated articles to help provide inspiration and guidance to businesses. The bank also collaborates with their leadership team to prepare articles on different topics of interest to the audience. Besides articles, there is also a section dedicated to customer feedback.
