Over 200 APS Bank staff members assembled at Radisson Blu Resort St Julian’s for the latest quarterly Management Update Meeting.
The event, which followed on the February Staff Townhall, covered the Bank’s performance for the first quarter of 2019 and then a presentation of the results of the recently-conducted Peakon Staff Engagement Survey. Peakon is a new tool used by the Bank to measure staff satisfaction and engagement and provides feedback for improvement.
The last presentation on the agenda provided an update on the new OMNI-Channel project, to be launched in the coming days. This solution enables customers to carry out transactions over different channels, across internet, mobile and branch banking, improving customer experience across all platforms.
Ray Bonnici, Head of Human Capital, commented about the Meeting: “we are pleased that the results of the Staff Engagement Survey were encouraging, showing a sound alignment by our staff with the Bank’s values and direction. The survey also provided insights on areas that require attention giving us the opportunity to build on our strengths and work towards stronger staff engagement”.
