84-year-old man dies due to Covid-19

Malta has registered its 25th Covid-19 death with the death of an 84 year old man.

The man resulted positive to coronavirus on the 18th of September. He was admitted into the IDU in Mater Dei Hospital on that same day, and kept receiving care in this department until he succumbed to coronavirus late last night.

The Health Ministery said that the man had ulterior health conditions.

Yesterday, another man lost his life to coronavirus. He was 86 years old.
