Two women were grievously injured after a three-car collision in Tarxien on Monday night.
A press release sent by the Police explained that the incident happened at 9.00pm in Triq San Anard.
The first car was being driven by a 20-year old Żabbar resident, who had a 16-year old Bulgarian passenger. The second car was being driven by a 21-year old Żurrieq resident, while the third was being driven by a 64-year old Tarxien resident, who had a 61-year old passenger.
Some or the parties involved were taken to Mater Dei Hospital where it was later confirmed that the drivers were suffering from light injuries. The 21-year old had no injuries and thus was not taken to the hospital.
