The two Church hostels will be accommodating 21 Gozitan students that are studying in tertiary level institutions in Malta.
According to a press release issued by Communications Office of the Curia in Gozo, the two hostels will have 9 single and 6 double rooms all together. Most of them will also have ensuite facilities.
Any student resident in Gozo may apply. Upon approval, the selected student will have to contribute €100 monthly for a place at the hostel. Utilities’ fees will be split up between the students.
On Friday, Bishop Mario Grech discussed the procedures with the Gozo University Group Committee. During meeting it was also agreed that there should also be a member of the GUG Committee on the Selection Board.
Students wishing to apply may do so here until 22nd September. Those selected will be informed by 26th September.
