While 6,301 patients have since recovered, the pandemic has claimed 104 lives to date, with the latest death – of a 74-year-old man – reported on Wednesday evening.
54 of yesterday’s cases traced: 119 remain sporadic
As is custom, the bulletin also includes an update on the contact tracing in relation to the previous day’s cases.
173 cases had been reported yesterday, of which 54 were traced. The remaining 119 are thus being treated as sporadic cases.
22 cases were family members of previously-known cases, while 18 were work colleagues and 14 were direct contacts.
