The full interview with Stephanie follows:
Newsbook.com.mt: If you had the possibility to change your name (and surname) what would you change it to?
Stephanie: I would choose Nina as a name. I would keep the same surname as it starts with the letter A and as a result it is the first on lists :p. I would choose the name Nina for a number of reasons. First and foremost I like the name very much. Nina is also short and nice to write or type. I used to love playing Tekken on the play station game. Nina was the mother of Steve so the name brings a lot of nice memories as a child.
Newsbook.com.mt: Which is your favourite animal?
Stephanie: A bird because it symbolises freedom.
Newsbook.com.mt: What’s your favourite colour?
Stephanie: Purple is my favourite colour. Apart from the fact that it’s a very vibrant colour, it also means nobility, luxury, power, and ambition.
Newsbook.com.mt: Can you share with us a famous quote that inspires you?
Stephanie: “Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer.” – Anonymous.
Apart from the fact that I love travelling, I do believe that travelling is one of the best things you can buy that gives you so much more in return. It is very educational. Besides it gives you beautiful memories that you’ll carry for the rest of your life.
Newsbook.com.mt: Who from the recent pope has influenced you most?
Stephanie: Pope Francis. Before joining the Jesuits, he used to work as a bouncer in a nightclub. This was a major difference of a life changing aspect.
Newsbook.com.mt: What is your greatest fear?
Stephanie: Health issues. Life is the most precious thing we’ve ever been given I always say.
Newsbook.com.mt: What song irritates you most?
Stephanie: ‘The ketchup song.’ All verses are exactly the same; they are ‘repetitive’. Also, the lyrics makes no sense. I admire a meaningful song.
Newsbook.com.mt: Name one object you can’t live without.
Stephanie: My passport.
Newsbook.com.mt: What would you choose: a career you love or a big sum of money?
Stephanie: I would definitely chose a career!! With a successful career, I would have happiness, passion and, of course, also money. Best of both worlds kinda girl!!
Newsbook.com.mt: Why 103?
Stephanie: 103 has an impeccable team. One of my passions in life is to be the change I want to see and to be part of a spiritual team. Thank you 103 for making my life so much more colourful!!
