Christmas Cake Pops

Note: You’ll need a baking mould for this recipe.
Ingredients

  • 20gr cocoa powder
  • 60ml milk
  • 8gr baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 40gr soft butter
  • 20ml oil
  • 80gr sugar
  • 90gr flour

Method
1. Cream the butter with the sugar and add the egg, oil, flour and baking powder. Mix well and finally add the milk.
2. Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the lower hemisphere of the baking mould to ¾.
3. Close the mould with the other half (the part with the holes). Add the parchment paper sticks and cook at 175C for about 15 minutes.
4. Decorate as desired.
