Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake

  1. 6 Apples
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
  4. 2 tsp Baking Powder
  5. 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  7. 1 cup butter
  8. 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 1 cup Icing sugar


1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

2. In a pan, melt the butter on low heat. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar and eggs until smooth.

3. Start adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually without over mixing. Finally, add in the apples. Grab a bundt cake tin, cover with cooking spray and gently fold in the mixture. Bake for about an hour at 180C.
